Regarding the journey itself, we did the 13-day tour from central to northern Mongolia, and it was an incredible experience. Our driver, Ulzii, and our guide, Bimba, were both amazing. The landscapes, the nomadic families who welcomed us, the different weather conditions, and the changing environments were all part of this unforgettable adventure. If you are looking for an authentic experience, it's definitely a tour that you need to do. Bimba has extensive knowledge about many aspects of the country: culture, history, politics, and nature. She always tried to translate conversations with the nomadic families and was constantly smiling and positive. She cooked Mongolian dishes every day, and I have to say, the food was amazing.. 😍 Ulzii was fantastic as well. He was always taking care of the car, making sure we were comfortable, stopping whenever a place deserved a photo, tried his best for English.. (I trust in your future progress.. 🤭) and he clearly knows these roads perfectly. I would also say he is an excellent Mongolian barbecue chef! 😍 This team was incredible and always tried to listen and find solutions when weather conditions changed because of snow, mud, etc. I almost never leave reviews on TripAdvisor, but I can honestly say: go for it, it is absolutely worth it. “I’ve got one of my best experience traveling around a country with Them. We’re going back home with a wonderful memories. Henri was very helpful and friendly planing our trip since the beginning, asking for everything we needed. Also, Byamba and Ulzii were the best team. They were very kind explaining every site we have visited, driving safe around the route and giving us a very immersive experience of Mongolia. We were lucky to experienced a traditional Mongolian atmosphere, visiting villages and local families with them.
