“First time traveling in Mongolia and would not have it any other way. We travelled as a group of five and our tour guide Gira and driver made us feel so comfortable even driving through off-roads in the snow. One portion required us to ride horses for 3-4 hours too - what a core memory! The 10-day itinerary was smoothly planned such that we could manage to see so many sites. Among those are Amarbayasgalant Monastery, Murun City, horse herd family in Taiga, Tsaatan camp and Khuvsgul lake, guesthouses, a viewpoint. We could stop the van whenever we want to take pictures and could also flexibly suggest a location along the way! Any questions we had about Mongolian way of life was also answered, even including finding a tattoo artist in Ulaanbaatar. Traversing large distances and in the wilderness with the Mongolian Steppes in the background has definitely made all of us bond like a team to enjoy the simple moments together. We didn’t need to stress about anything as they also cooked yummy food :) It was the best vibes with Gira and everyone :)”
